Volunteers: We need 11 half meet volunteers in a variety of rolls. We have 14 families attending which means YOU need to select a 1/2 meet role. If you owe points still please sign up to avoid fines. Thanks for getting this filled in ASAP!

Address & Parking: Southdown Pool; 3334 Locust Street, Edgewater, MD 21037

You are able to park throughout the neighborhood, minus the areas specifically marked as such on Locust Street to allow for emergency vehicles. Please do not block any driveways or fire hydrants.

Volunteer Check in: Timers and Ribbons please check in to the volunteer table by 4:30pm

Timers and S&T Briefing:

• Timer meeting will take place at 5:10p.m. in the clubhouse (ALL timers attend- first and second half!)
• Stroke and Turn will take place at 5:10p.m. on the deck of the clubhouse

Arrival: Please be on deck by 4:15pm. Plan extra time to park/walk and bring chairs and tents. 

Warm-Ups: Everyone 4:30-4:45pm lanes half of late 3, all of lanes 4&5

Concessions: will be available-cash or Zelle

Heat Sheet- the preliminary heat sheet is attached. Please try to let us know of scratches by Wednesday noon so we can let our host know. We will send a final heat sheet when it's published.

Team Areas:

● Please look for your teams’ sign for team areas. We are up on the basketball courts.

● Tents will be allowed on the grass in these areas. Families should bring chairs. We will NOT have chairs available. Please try not to trample freshly planted grass. 

● The diving well, baby pool and beach are closed during the meet.

● All teams will sit outside/off the pool deck. There is NO seating on the deck. Parents are encouraged to come down to cheer on their swimmers but may not sit on the deck.

Relays: Please note the FREE relay is AFTER backstroke. This is a change from normal meets! Medley is still at the start!
