How do I get a user name? Your user name will be automatically generated when you register your swimmer for summer swimming or add them to the wait pool. You will get an email to "activate" your account. If you do not get this email you can simply put your email in the "forgot password" link and enter your email. You'll get an email to set up your password.
How do I sign-in on the app? You will want to use your Swimtopia login information just like when you sign-in to the website. This is your "team website login". If a grandparent or other fan wants to track scores they can proceed as a guest!
How does the other parent I entered during registration log in? Its a bit backwards, but they can enter their email in the "forgot password" link and will get an email to set-up their password.
How are volunteer points counted if I do some and my spouse does some? Make sure to enter the names of any parents/grandparents/others who may volunteer on behalf of your family during registration under the parent/guardian section. There is room there to include step-parents, grandparents etc and select "volunteering" on the right side of each row. The adults listed there will be considered your family unit and all the points will cumulatively count together towards your family obligation.
