Volunteers: We need 5 half meet volunteers in a variety of rolls. If you owe points still please sign up to avoid fines. If you are signed up for Bronze you thanks for doing your medal meet part already!

Address & Parking: Hunt Meadow Swim Club,  Hunt Meadow Drive, Annapolis 21403  The pool lot is all reserved spots. Please do not park on the entrance driveway. Parallel parking along Hunt Meadow Drive is best bet. There is a drop off lane for tents/swimmers/chairs etc. 

Timers and S&T Briefing:

• Timer meeting will take place at 8:10amat the blue tents.
• Timer meeting will take place at 7:50am at the blue tents.

Arrival: Please be on deck by 7:00am. Plan extra time to park/walk and bring chairs and tents.

Warm-Ups: Lane 3 from 7:15am-7:30am. It is a meter pool so don't miss warm-ups!

Concessions: will be available-breakfast and lunch.They take square and cash.

Team Areas:

● Please look for your teams’ sign for team areas.Our team is inside the fence. Waiting on the map.

● The diving well, baby pool and shallow end are closed. Please do not play in these.
