Volunteers: We need 11 half meet volunteers in a variety of rolls. If you owe points still please sign up to avoid fines. If you have a kid swimming champs (all of you!) you are expected to help for 1/2 the meet.  Those who are signed up for Bronze you thanks for doing your medal meet part already!

Address & Parking: Bay Hills Pool, Parking is permitted on both sides of Bay Hill Drive. Do NOT park in golf club lots, or block driveways. 580 Bay Hills Dr., Arnold, MD 21012

Timers and S&T Briefing:

• Timer meeting will take place at 8:00am near diving well

Arrival: Please be on deck by 7:20am. Plan extra time to park/walk and bring chairs and tents.

Warm-Ups: Lanes 5&6 Guppies/minnows/sunfish at 7:40am, dolphins and sharks at 7:55am

Concessions: will be available-breakfast and lunch.

Team Areas:

● Please look for your teams’ sign for team areas.Our team is near the shallow end bump out. There will be limited deck furniture so tents and chairs are encouraged. See attached map.

● The diving well, baby pool and beach are closed during the meet.

Attached are RELAYS! Please check if your swimmer is in a relay!
