Volunteers: We need 9 half meet volunteers in a variety of rolls. We have 11 families attending which means YOU need to select a 1/2 meet role.  If you owe points still please sign up to avoid fines. A huge thanks to Wendy Haas for coming as our stroke and turn when she doesn't even have a swimmer in the meet.

Address & Parking: Bay Ridge Pool: 2 Herndon Ave. Annapolis, MD 21403, Follow directions from parking attendants

Timers and S&T Briefing:

• Timer meeting will take place at 5:10p.m. in the clubhouse
• Stroke and Turn will take place at 5:10p.m. on the deck of the clubhouse

Arrival: Please be on deck by 4:45pm.  Plan extra time to park/walk and bring chairs and tents. Beaware that Forest drive traffic can back up also that time of day.

Warm-Ups: Everyone 5:00-5:15pm lanes 5&6

Concessions: will be availibe-cash or venmo

Other Notes from our host:

Team Areas:

● Please look for your teams’ sign for team areas. Bay Ridge, Hillsmere, Hunt Meadow and Olde Mill will be inside the fence while the other teams will be outside the fence.

● Tents will be allowed on the grass in these areas. Families should bring chairs. We will NOT have chairs available.

● The diving well, baby pool and beach are closed during the meet.

● All teams will sit outside/off the pool deck. There is NO seating on the deck. Parents are encouraged to come down to cheer on their swimmers but may not sit on the deck.

**THE BEACH IS CLOSED TO ALL ATHLETES AND SPECTATORS**
