Swimmers! 

It's championship season believe it or not! Championship meet entries are due Sunday 1:00pm firm to the league. As such we are going to ask you to RSVP to your current* championship meet choice now.

All athletes qualify for a Championship meet if:

1. They have swum at least 2 regular meets this season (our last meet is Saturday!).

The Bronze meet is for all swimmers 14 and under who do not qualify for Silver or Gold. Its a great meet of other swimmers of similar speed and a fun chance for our developing swimmers to ribbon! 15-18 year old swimmers automatically qualify for the silver meet.

Nuts and Bolts:

1. Athletes may swim in ONE (1) Championship meet only

2. To attend Silver or Gold you must have qualifying times

3. You may swim up to 3 individual events of your qualifying events. Athletes pick these events, not coaches.

4. Each meet has relays-the coaches will create those based on attendees.

Attached are current reports, after our meet this past weekend, showing what your swimmer qualifies for. Review each report to see what events your swimmer qualifies for and which meet they would like to attend. Please reach out if you are confused about your options of think there is an error in the report.

How it works:

Sally has times for Bronze and Silver.  Her backstroke, IM and breaststroke are bronze times. Her freestyle and butterfly are silver times. Sally can either: 1. Attend Bronze and swim 3 events: Back, IM, Breast OR 2. Attend Silver and swim 2 events: Free and Fly

What if things change on Saturday at our last home meet?

**If your swimmer achieves a new qualifying time this weekend and needs to change meets/add or change events please come to the tech table to complete a change of meet/event form BEFORE leaving the property. Again, once entries are submitted we are unable to make any changes. 

To clarify these are preliminary entries you're submitting today. If your swimmer needs to add/change/drop and event/meet after they swim Saturday you will come by the tech room/club house to let us know of the changes so we can adjust and submit to the league on time.
