We will give these caps to the swimmers on Monday! 

Next Week is Spirit Week! 

• Monday 6/30 - Pirate Day! 
  • Come dressed as a pirate, or in your favorite ILBC gear! We will be walking the plank!
• Tuesday 7/1 - Tye Dye Day! 
  • Come wearing your craziest tye dye clothes! Best dressed in each group will receive a prize! 
• Wednesday 7/2 - Water Games 
  • Each group will swim a little, then play some water games! We will have a fun treat for swimmers after practices! 
• Thursday 7/3 - USA Day
  • In honor of the 4th of July, come dressed in your USA gear, or your favorite red white and blue! 
• Friday 7/4 - NO PRACTICE
  • Enjoy your holiday! We DO NOT have a meet on Saturday 7/5!!
