Hello Team! 

I apologize for the delay in the heat sheet and late email, it's more work coming home from traveling than I remember...

I am looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow and seeing some fast swimming. Please read the entire email!!

Attached you will find the heat sheet for tomorrow. Please refer to the previous email for directions and more information. 

PLEASE arrive by 7:15AM! Warm-ups START at 7:30, so this will allow everyone to set up and get ready to swim. 

Send me a quick email at [email protected] if your kid wakes up not feeling well or isn't going to make it! We would rather know before the meet than when they're supposed to be in the pool racing! 

Please stay until the conclusion of the meet since we will have a team meeting after, and cheering on your teammates is part of being on a team!

Golden Cap Awards will go to 4 swimmers with the BEST finishes.
