Tomorrow at Home vs Hunt Meadows.

We are looking forward to a fun meet Saturday.  We will swim rain or shine (no thunder) so plan accordingly. 

Warm Up: ILBC arrival time is 7:20am for swimmers. 7:30-7:40am is warm up for guppies, minnows and sunfish 7:40-7:55 am is warm up for dolphins and sharks - swimmers will have time to get events written on their hands after warm ups.

Volunteers: There are still a handful of needed volunteers- and some of you need to get your points in this weekend. Please check to see where you can fill a gap. 

Timers/ Stroke and Turn meetings/Volunteers:

Stroke and Turn Briefing 8:00am at the clubhouse
Timers Meeting will be at 8:15am at the clubhouse. 

Seating area:

Our families have the river side of the pool deck (from the gate to concessions around to the side gate). Indian Landing is working to maintain the grass around the pool deck. As such they are requesting parents and families sit only on the cement.  They asked us to stress that with all the rain NO tents or chairs on grass inside the pool fence. Parents are welcome to bring tents/chairs and also set-up outside of the pool fence- lots of room!

Parking: Everyone should park up on the hill near the tennis courts as you enter. We have a couple of handicap spots near the pool.

The river, beach and swings are closed.

There are no lifeguards on duty, and kids miss events when they play at the beach area. Please keep everyone above or along-side the pool area.

Concessions:

We will have water, coffee, doughnuts, Gatorade, sodas, candy and warm waffles with toppings. And, we will have the grill going for burgers this week!

Line Up: As a reminder the sign on the diving board will let you know which events are lining up at the benches behind the diving board. There will be team meetings before and after the meet (try to stay if at all possible) at the diving boards.

**Please NO SHARPIE on arms/legs/backs other than events. It comes off and stains the chairs**

We are working to keep feet clean to avoid mud in the pool and on deck-flip flops are great!

Attached is the heat sheet and athlete event report. Don't forget to check in your swimmer is in a relay!
