We are excited to kick off our first week of practice!  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - LOTS OF IMPORTANT DETAILS

Tuesday: Swimmer Evaluations: All New to ILBC swimmers (siblings of current swimmers and new swimmers) should have signed up here: 2024 New Swimmer Evaluations for a New Swimmer evaluation. If you have a returning Guppy and are unsure if your child should be a guppy or minnow please sign-up and come Tuesday. 

Wed-Thurs Practice Starts: First two nights of practice for minnows-sharks (Guppies start when mornings start on June 12th). Note no Friday evening practices. 

MINNOWS: Monday – Thursday 6:00 - 6:30 pm
SUNFISH: Monday – Thursday 6:30 – 7:00 pm
DOLPHINS: Monday – Thursday 7:00 – 7:50 pm
SHARKS: Monday – Thursday 7:50 – 8:40 pm

We understand there are many school events and spring sports over next 10 days. Do you best to make practice when you can.

Reminders: 

1.PARKING:  Please park up by the tennis courts. Both lower lots need to remain open to ILBC members, staff and handicap families using the property. This is also to keep the kids safe- minimize moving cars around kids!

2. Siblings: Any siblings not in practice need to be supervised by parents. We have a lot of water at ILBC and want to ensure the safety of all kids. 

3. BEACHES: Beaches are closed during practices except to ILBC members. If your child has dirty feet please make sure they use the hose by the bathrooms to rinse off before practice- sandy feet cause green pools!

4. Dogs: All dogs must be leashed and under adult control at all times. Dogs are not permitted at swim meets.

5. ILBC is a non-smoking property.

6. Check-In: When you arrive for evening practices-as you're walking by the gate house- please let the gate guard know you're there for swim team.

7. Please watch your speed on Indian Landing road. With the beautiful weather we have many of our neighbors out walking. Please be respectful of their home and community by honoring speed limits.

Spritwear: Get your orders in! They are shipping as they are made so you can have them in time for the season start. If there is something you'd like to see added let us know!
