Our meet tomorrow is at Severn River Swim Club:

R117 Cedar Road, Severna Park, MD 21146 There is a long drive down past many boat trailers to get to the pool. They will have 2 parking attendants on site to help with parking. 

Arrival and Warm-Ups: 7:45am arrival to allow time to walk/be on deck for warm-ups. 8:00am-8:10am Minnows and Sunfish, 8:10-8:25am Dolphins and Sharks

Heat Sheet/Entry Report: These are attached.  Please email [email protected] or text Anne if you wake up with a sick kiddo (734-717-0480). You can also find the heat sheet in the Swimtopia app.

Seating: ILBC our team will set up in the grass area behind their deep end. Bring chairs and tents!!

Swimmer Attire: All swimmers wearing a cap need an ILBC cap (past seasons are fine) or a plain cap. A reminder no watches, jewelry, necklaces, bracelets etc.

Phones/Cameras: US Swimming prohibits the use of phones and cameras behind the blocks. This applies to spectators and timers. If you need to use your phone/camera please set to the side of the pool. Thanks for helping us create the best environment for our swimmers.

Timer/Stroke & Turn and Lane Organizers: Meet will be at 8:15am. It's important we are there!

Concessions: They will have concessions set up and accept cash. They will offer donuts and coffee, candy, fruit, bagels, taco in a bag and a few more things.

Volunteering: Check in to get your volunteer credits. If something has changed and you can't make it please let us know so we aren't short handed. All volunteers should be checked in with Matt in the team area by 8:00am. 

Adult Relay: We don't have enough adults- yet! Coach John said to come ready to swim and find him first thing and he will help put together relays. 

It will be a great meet with some fun races - come ready to cheer!
