Hi Team,

Here are the details for tomorrow’s meet at Bay Hills, and the heat sheet is attached:

WHERE:

Bay Hills Swim Club, 580 Bay Hills Drive, Arnold, MD 21012

They have asked us to not park in the golf course parking lot.

Our team will be setting up on the pool side closest to the guard shed and bathrooms. Pretty much right inside of where you walk into the pool.

WHEN:

Plan to arrive at 7:30am. ILBC warmups begin at 8:00am. The meet starts at 8:30am.

VOLUNTEERS:

Please look for Julie Binnie or myself to check in and get your volunteer badge. Joe, (the red inflatable guy) will be at volunteer check in.

Lastly, they will have concessions, so bring cash!
